To be very clear—the N.C. House has already approved this bill, but the Gov. Cooper vetoed it, and the House will soon vote on veto override. A few Republican representatives defected on the first vote and there’s a chance they might do so again on the override, especially if there’s public outcry.

I am making a #TTRPG set in modern times. I have struggled to find a system that gives gunplay the feeling that I want in an RPG. I am using OSR as a general backdrop for the rules but will be tuning it most likely to be an original system. Im hoping to shove 10 years of Army experience into a game!

What @bsky.app needs is a clearer verification process for organisations and media. Strongly suspect that is what is stopping those big beasts coming here - but if that is provided I can totally see this App eclipsing Twitter for good.
