Unauthorized Practice of Law is a crime in many states. But that requires you to actually engage in behavior that constitutes the "practice" of law.

Just saying "I'm an attorney" isn't the practice of law. It doesn't take much to fall into UPL but that alone won't do it.

The only possible advantage I could see to this is making it easier to ID agents from photos (as opposed to on site). But like...JUST MAKE THEM WEAR BADGES

I mean...maybe this would be something observers at a distance could do if the code is big enough. But seriously, WTF is this shit?

Why not...just require them to wear badges openly?

Eh, Kagan wrote the opinion. So this is a Kagan Raid.

I can also see no way the current administration if they decide to target you could use your "falsified birth certificate" as a way to have to 'detain you temporarily until your legal status can be confirmed'

Nah, not a chance they would ever do that or anything.

They did. The Grant administration basically eliminated the Klan. The Klan that exists today is a second iteration that formed about 50 years later.

It's connections to the original post-Civil War Klan are tenuous at best.

Uhhhh...he voted AGAINST funding the govt.
January 14, 2026 at 1:26 AM
Van Hollen went down to see Abrego Garcia in CECO and voted against the govt funding. He's been on the right side pretty consistently.

I mean DHS' funding hasn't been approved past the end of January.

Van Hollen, and ALL Senate Dems voted against the BBB

AND Van Hollen voted against the funding that ended the shutdown.

He walks the walk.
