I asked about how police treat First Nations (and Palestine) rallies as threats to control, not communities to protect. We saw the dangerous result of this in Boorloo.

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner confirms she is speaking to police about this.

Even fossil-fooled Murdoch media has to acknowledge EV revolution. SundayTele: KiaEV3 is Car of the Year. Under #$A50K. It would cost an Aussie owner about $15 to recharge this car for 400kms of travel. EVs recharged by renewables will free us all from corrupt global petro cartels.

The United States is now punishing close NATO allies because they oppose him invading and stealing Greenland. The response of the Australian Labor Party and the Coalition is silence, pretend it’s normal and build even more US bases here. They are endangering our national safety.

The Greens have serious concerns about the proposed hate laws legislation, which we have shared with the government, and we will not support it in its current form.

We can’t combat hate if we don’t combat it for everyone.

Excluding protections for people on the basis of religion ignores the fact both antisemitism and islamophobia are increasing in our communities.

These laws should protect everyone from hatred and discrimination, including the LGBTQ+ and disability communities.

The Greens cannot support laws that could be weaponised to shut down legitimate political protest.

Labor must make it crystal clear that criticism of Israel’s actions, just like those of Russia, China or Australia will not be criminalised.

For @thepointau.bsky.social, I decided to do the unthinkable and just actually check whether Australia's gas exports are being a magical climate solution and displacing shittonnes of Asian coal

You know what I found, but you will enjoy me saying it:
