I HATE with all my passion that they did this in the show. Not this particular scene, I mean the people of Númenor changing their minds about their centuries old conflict each 5 minutes. This is not the beginnings of the division in the island, it's not the latest controversy. They've forbidden
A few minutes ago they were happy to see the back of Galadriel, now they’re pledging themselves to go to war with her. I’m not saying that this is an island of easily-swayed idiots, but as someone with some experience of those things…

Update on my Númenor game (I'm too lazy to look for the last post I made about it): Elendil and Míriel had a second daughter, Ancalimë. This one looks a little bit more like Elendil than the first one, who was a carbon copy of Míriel.
