the most i think about my mom is when i think about our tv shows. i know she would have loved OFMD and have hated that WWDITS didn't do endgame nandor/guillermo. she would have thought RoP was boring af and disliked the wicked movies for the cgi. and she would have loved the fifteenth doctor.

One thing I wish other content creators would understand is that you’re always going to “get farther” by collaborating with, uplifting, and celebrating the others in your niche—and you’ll be doing so while making real friends along the way. It’s so much better than seeing each other as competition.

honestly, a lot of fanfic concrit is bad critique and unhelpful advice. even finding a good pro writing environment is hard, as workshops can become toxic. no one wins in those situations.
mutual respect and nurturing your writing circle's growth is at the heart of making better art together.

'Cause the thing is? THE THING IS?? The people who think "it's publicly available on the internet and thus it's open season to tell the writer how shit they are" are probably going to struggle with things like this:
