THIS. I try and use alt text when I can buy I genuinely forget and don't have spoons to do so. I have fibromyalgia... being able to think clearly or even have some mental cognition is already energy inducing and I have genuine memory issues and brain fog 70% of the time. I'm glad my friends are

Dissociating myself from certain common “motivational/positive” phrases has helped my mental state so much. It’s hard though when some sound so demanding that I feel I Have to follow them or else I’m feeding into toxic mindsets, but ignoring those phrases is actually better for me

Being able to read so many books this year has helped improve my overall reading comprehension sooo much. Yeah I still can’t analyze anything well (I’m trying hard though) but I don’t have to spend 5-10 minutes reading a single post on social media before I can understand it completely

Having sensitive skin sucks. Something says if it causes burning or itching to stop using/wearing it but that is literally my skin’s state every day though. “Is it normal burning or worse bad burning?” Who knows 🤷♀️

Libby is wonderful cuz sometimes I wanna reread a book I physical have (or don’t have too which is most of the time) but don’t have the eye capability to physically read so I can just listen to the audiobooks they have (only the real human narrators obv)

Well, I’m mostly only into the toxic and or devastating ships so I’m doomed (and too aroace to care 💀)
