So often, International Transgender Day of Visibility is filled with heavy conversations about struggles and challenges — and while those are real, especially now, so is trans joy.

It's amazing how many people, including MPs, don't realise just what Minimum Income Requirements mean, and the impact they have on families. More than half the UK population is basically ineligible to be with a foreign born partner, leaving families ripped apart.

~129,000 people have moved out of abortion-banned states since Dobbs. Researchers say this "highlights that reproductive healthcare access has a measurable effect on residential decisions," which... seems entirely reasonable seeing as these laws are life-threatening. @jezebeldotcom.bsky.social
