I was hoping to add these to the bottom of each chapter of the book, but I ran out of space so I am sharing them with you here. Exercises are not tests, but suggestions for putting some of the ideas from the book into practice, to share with colleagues, or perhaps for teachers to use with students, to shape discussions and to target solutions.
