Latest role/client, small team, more hands on, spend a lot of time deep in Hubspot. So with some downtime over the holidays, gave their education/certification a whirl. HS have always led with good content, training is the same. Yes, the product is getting expensive, but this is value for customers

Vanity metrics versus engagement - so easy to get suckered into creating popular content for the dopamine of likes, follows, hits (etc) - but it does not build the deep trust a buyer needs... good stuff here from Jay 👇
If you sell expensive services, you need lots of trust from buyers before they sign.

Content can help, but the kind which grows reach on social media doesn’t earn trust from mature buyers. (101-level stuff, clickbait, etc)

The solution is to create IP, not “content.”
