The situation in Iran reminds me of time I had to inform the CEO of a start-up I worked at in 2011 that the Arab Spring had been happening. He was oblivious because the only news source he read regularly was Tech Crunch. I made a joke about Hosni Mubarak in a meeting, and he was like, "who's that?"

Someone always makes some weird christian chalk graffiti outside the local high school, and I always assumed it was a student group or something, but today I witnessed it being made and it is a grown-ass, non-teacher looking adult. that makes it so much weirder.

I want something like this so that I can leave social media solely to the computer. That way it is finite, only to be seen during "going on the computer" time.
I very badly want this, and I think it's further proof that a lot of the good stuff we abandoned in the last decade or two because shiny is making a clear comeback. Print is back, obviously, but also physical buttons, going to concerts without recording, and maybe even having a real-life girlfriend.
