Look, none of this was my idea, but here we are.

They said there'd be snacks. Where are the snacks?

Donny's drug math:
But a drug for $100 at a 500% price reduction and walk away with $400 in your pocket - hasn't anyone explained how maths works to the senile old fart?

Woke up at 4:30 am here. I couldn't sleep, so I made coffee and decided to catch up with a project I've been following on YouTube. It's a really interesting project - rebuilding a wooden boat in the woods. I love this kind of thing.

I can't knit, but I can carve. I made these spoons as gifts for the adults in the family a few years ago. No two are alike, and each is in a different wood. In total, I carved 12 spoons; here are a few of them.

Dear America,

Have you realized you're living in an authoritarian-style police state yet?

Sincerely,

The rest of us.

Mum (92) still knits these sweaters for family. She'd knit us a new sweater every couple of years as we outgrew them. Mum made this one about 10 years ago.

First things first, Kegsbreath, you’re not worthy to polish Kelly’s boots. Next, the image is mirrored - you can thank phone cameras for that, but your drink-assed frat boy brain can’t process that, now can it? Lastly, looking forward to your imminent downfall and testimony in Congress and the Senate

After another week of watching credulous right-wing fluffers melt down over Arabic numerals and other trivial matters, I remain convinced that stupidity will be the main reason civilization, such as it is, ends with a groan, whimper and one final facepalm.

I don't know. It's been heading this way since the mid 70s. In a way, I'm not surprised. I'm impressed at the number of people who jumped at the opportunity to be their worst selves to 'own the libs', etc. The stupidity, cruelty, and selfishness were always there, just waiting for permission.
I can’t believe how stupid everything is
