Prometheus stole fire from the gods to give to the people.

Techbros, through AI, are stealing fire from the people and using it to warm themselves.

What precious fucking irony that is.

High Fidelity

I don't think I can ever get bored of this album or this sound in general. Shame their newer albums with real instruments and big studio productions are absolute bobbins; a sampler, turntables and some drum machines are all you really need.

High Fidelity
Big colours, big grooves and big beats. This pretty pink print is pushing some full on vocoder chorus and filter house charm. Much love to those...

The full transcript of Zohran Mamdani's acceptance speech is very much worth reading in full. Even if you don't agree with your politics, it's very beautifully put together.

Great investigation of the Nazis, racists and criminals mobilising the flag-on-lamp-posts movement. This is the kind of journalism that the national media could and should have conducted:

"Survival Is Insufficient".

Re-read Station Eleven by Emily St John Mandel and this quote gave me a gentle push to make again. Have been fighting with a lot of doubt, burnout and ennui over the last few months which I'm sure will continue but it's nice to be able focus for a short while.
