The science supports that your posture sends feedback to your brain about your feelings. The results are different for everyone, so it's important to find what works for you.

Find your baseline neutral pose. Lengthen your spine as if a string is pulling your head up. Roll your shoulders up, back, and let them relax. Keep your chin parallel to the floor.

The original power pose study was based on only 42 people, saying that it could affect your body (hormones) and risk taking. Due to this and other issues, a lead author later retracted her belief in the findings.

Let's not lose the internet to this firehose of generated content, watered down creativity and accuracy, in the name of capitalistic interests and "efficiency" (doubtful, anyway). Need to keep the real, legit creative process and minds. We at least need to collaborate creatively instead of replace.
October 19, 2025 at 5:02 PM
We need to make it embarrassing to completely kick humans out of the (real, actual, legit) creative process. Just one human's opinion. That's all :)

Your subconscious thinking sustains creativity over a lifetime. You could collaborate carefully with AI, but most people don't seem to be doing so. We're blasting social media with a firehose instead without much thinking or iteration.
October 15, 2025 at 5:02 PM
Iteration is the creativity. How can it work? An example of idea generation for videos and audio dramas. Letting them marinate is GOOD! Maybe the only healthy kinda rumination?? :)
October 14, 2025 at 7:31 PM
The HUMAN creative process. You have more than one idea in a human creative process, in a non-linear fashion. It involves thinking of many ideas, judging which ones have merit, and then iterating on the good ones.
