The current, seemingly widespread, lack of understanding of the distinction between cynicism and scepticism is a toxic contribution to the failure of a left and wider progressives collaboration to counter the far right. We cannot mirror the evil we abhor,we need a common good, positive alternative!

I watched Celtic beat Barcelona with my son and watched Scotland qualify for the World Cup by beating Denmark with him last night! So many of my memories of my own father are Celtic and football. Family, Faith, and Football are central and entwined in so many lives!🍀🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Young people don’t get a discount on their rent or food bills. So why are they paid less?

700,000 18-20 year olds could be missing out on an average of £2,400 a year on average because they're not covered by the main minimum wage.

Remember, remember, the victims of Srebrenica

I see no reason why Brendan O'Neill, Claire Fox, Munira Murza, Frank Furedi or any of the RCP / LM / Spiked genocide deniers should have any place in policy making.

Have we forgot?
Living Marxism (LM) magazine was the organ of the tiny British far left Revolutionary Communist Party. In 1992, they claimed ITN coverage of Serb-run concentration camps in Bosnia had been deliberately misreported. The editorial line denied that Serbs were undertaking genocide again Bosnian Muslims
