I never saw it- but others noted during other GDOT site walk for Moreland @ I20 interchange this separate project also had updated designs…
GDOT also told Urbanize this design from 2015 is the latest… which sounds fishy 🤷♂️

Correction: census blocks are those that are the *densest* making up 66% of the city’s population, not the most populous nor largest as originally stated. Maybe semantics to some, though thought I’d clarify.
