Saw the other day- these standalone Publix whose 2 story parking decks that seemingly have quality issues are not instilling confidence here in Atlanta.
More groceries = great, however would be much better served if there were multifamily homes above & not 💩 parking decks.

We need to expand space across Atlanta that prioritizes **everyone outside of a car** to move, gather, entertain, relax, make money, or simply do whatever the hell they want with that space.
