The bus in Peterborough city, only runs every 30 mins and is heavily delayed due to what appears to be outside the bus companies control. But this is normal people late for work

I could be wrong, but a 17 mins wait is going to encourage many to use the bus. I dont think Stagecoach East quite get their role.
