While we are on the topic of Watson and how he stole the credit from Rosamund Franklin, I think it's only fair to fess up that the guy who showed Watson the photo Franklin made was (potentially) Maurice Wilkins, a New Zealander. He possibly did so without her consent.

I’m in the South Island so of course, we have to make the traditional pilgrimage. This time in a category 1 historic site! The original brick building was built in 1907 to act as govt offices for the town!

Espresso High has made a Champorado hot choc! A take on a Filipino rice porridge dish. Tastes a bit like a chocolatey rice pudding with sugar on top! Very delicious!
