Possibly. I agree with most of what you're saying I'm just also tired of blaming managers for our players being absolutely awful at basic basic footballing situations.
I do think he is out of his depth. We've just tried so much man.

The refusal to change due to game state is crippling and inexcusable. But if he changed to 4 2 3 1 do you honestly believe these players would magically play better.

We only had 2 attacking players on the bench tbf. But no excuses for not changing the formation and going to a flat 4 and pushing Bruno on. No excuse whatsoever.
Players have to take some responsibility though. Just appalling decision making and gamestate management. No urgency whatsoever.
