The downside to now using three sketchbooks is that despite drawing about 10 pages of stuff in the last month, it's spread to 2-3 pages per book, so it looks like I've drawn very little

We did something different with the credits for Demonschool. We used this format: name, title, lengthy description of what they did. Often you see credits in games where you don't know what the credited developer was actually responsible for. We wanted to give people proper, actual credit.
Credits for Brent Porter (3D art lead) and Catherine Menabde (2D art lead) are shown here. There's a lengthy description of what they did, with a pastiche of various Demonschool characters underneath, messing around with a computer.

Trying to get into the habit of doodling and sketching in pen more and god it feels like learning to draw again. If I don't draw something all the time I struggle to start and my line confidence just tanks

I've realized over the past few weeks by myself that I really do use my phone a lot so I'm... Not "detoxing" per se, but definitely taking steps to minimize the use. Grayscale display, plain black wallpaper, all apps that aren't purely functional, music, or talking with friends off my home screen

The "Frieren angle" thing, apart from just being delightful, also completely demolishes the pathetic "AI is democratising art" argument. Someone struggling with a difficult drawing received advice from hundreds of strangers who just wanted to help them improve their art.
