I’ve seen him out at protests. All day yesterday he was busting his ass with lawyers to get those affidavits and the TRO filed which they won around midnight that stops the feds from destroying evidence. No one talks about it, but that was a fucking amazing accomplishment in less than 24 hours.

To those blaming Walz for not mobilizing the Guard, he did that six days ago. I have to say it's disturbing to see people angry at Walz instead of the government agents that just executed a man. As though we should all be experts about what to do when a secret police force invades an American city.

It’s kind of a recipe for disaster because you have these masked federal officers with very little identification, sometimes no identification, wearing plain clothes and masks,” Mayes said during an interview with 12News.

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes said during an interview that residents could fire upon ICE agents who are masked if they feel they are in danger.

This man is talking about stealing a country at gunpoint from nations the US is allied with. Of course Europeans hate us. You would feel the same way if you were in their place. American voters put this man in power, he didn’t seize it this time.

Kristi Noem has been a complete and total failure at her job. She has violated her oath and has allowed ICE agents to terrorize our communities.

That’s why I’m joining @robinkelly.house.gov in calling for her impeachment.

We deserve better, she’s gotta go.

Although a shadow docket request to SCOTUS is likely, it is difficult to imagine a different result than we saw in Texas — though I would never say it's impossible these days and Lee is obviously trying to make a case for them.

Here was that Law Dork report on the Texas order:
Supreme Court allows new Texas congressional map to be used in 2026
The Dem appointees dissent in the racial gerrymandering case. Also: A D.C. Circuit "administrative stay" means National Guard can remain deployed in D.C. for now.
