If you're feeling overwhelmed, it's intentional. They're calling it "flooding the zone." The intent is to overwhelm and exhaust us so we can not effectively resist. Something simple you can do right now now is to make sure to take breaks and rest.

I made my first friend on Red Note and it's fellow bird nerd. I love that. I don't know how long this will last (before changes are made with the app) but the cultural exchange and connection is so beautiful and exciting.

I was sick for a while and wasn't able to make it out to feed my crows much last week, they've been happy to see me and excited for peanuts in the recent snow 🐦⬛
