At this point I feel sorry for any goalie in Oiler colours. The fan expectations are unreasonable. This team is crap right now and I have severe doubts this team makes the playoffs.

Oilers were crap. 3 breakaways against, 2 odd man rushes. I really don’t care who is in net. No team wins playing like that.

expected goals is a much better stat than save % as it takes into consideration quality of shot. yesterday 4.4, the game before 5.52. Your team isn’t going to win a lot of games when the opposition based on the chances given up is going to score 5 goals a night!
