I’m going to say this, and I said it before the game happened. The Dallas game was going to be difficult. That whole stretch and schedule was gruelling. So I let it go, this next run of 6 home games will be crucial.

As I said before the game sometimes the 1st game after a long road trip is bad, it was. That being said, that was terrible in every facet and something has to give.

Wow. Nice positive on the 1st NHL goal. Gave the oilers some energy but the 2 man advantage takes care of that. After that the Oilers folded. It was just a shooting gallery. Picard actually made a few good saves or this debacle is even worse

Oilers obviously made too many mistakes, but every opportunity went in the net. skinner has to make two of those saves. his rebounds almost always are never controlled, he has no idea where they are going to go. enough is enough, Oilers have to find away to make a change.

Skinner does not read the play well so his side to side movement is slow, related to that is his rebound control which is terrible.
