We sequenced the anti-RSV-F antibody 131-2a by mass spec and determined its epitope by cryoEM. New insights in postfusion specific binding and antigenic site I. Now published in ACS Infectious Diseases @pubs.acs.org.

We sequenced the anti-RSV-F antibody 131-2a by mass spec, then mapped its epitope by cryoEM. It's widely used to study the antigenic landscape of F, but its sequence wasn't known. Check it out in our new preprint and find it on Addgene:

"How are you" is often deemed a 'pointless' or 'filler' question, to which the socially acceptable answer might be a lie ("fine, how are you?").

"How are you" should not be taken as an opportunity to "discuss the crushing reality of existence", says Machell's Guide to Surviving Modern Life.
