Tomorrow, the House of Representatives will vote on a bill that bans gender-affirming medical care for any transgender person under 18, and threatens any medical professional providing this care to youth with 10 years in prison.

Tell Congress to protect trans youth and vote NO.

Remember, far more cis kids use these same meds (and are even allowed to get surgeries before 18), so banning gender affirming care ONLY for trans kids, and esp deeming it a felony, is blatant discrimination, esp because we know, objectively, that GAC for trans kids is safe and saves lives.

The Senate Banking Committee is rushing to mark up a crypto market structure bill before the Senate leaves on holiday recess. This bill strips the few safeguards that exist for crypto and erodes many protections for traditional securities. www.csmonitor.com/Business/202...
Stablecoins are the low-risk type of crypto. But they aren’t risk-free for economy.
The volatility of some cryptocurrencies can shake up financial markets. There’s a stabler version of crypto, but as people continue to buy in, even that carries some risk to the greater economy.

Is it political violence when students get killed after JD Vance and Trump call universities the enemy of the people? Or is that just "tragedy" while only the murder of far-right advocates of violence like Charlie Kirk qualifies for political recognition?

Republicans have voted 13 times against extending the Affordable Care Act subsidies.

They’ve said 13 times that the lives of low income Americans don’t matter.

That the lives of disabled or chronically ill Americans don’t matter.

That healthcare is not a right in America.

Trump has repeatedly put farmers out of business. Has driven up their costs for everything, including labor. Has them begging him for welfare every year. Tells them he knows more about their business than they do. Lies to them. And they still vote Republican and send him money.
