📸 Artificial Intelligence is both scary and magical. Here, AI has brought Mr and Mrs Brooks back to life (my elderly next door neighbours with whom we shared a back yard when we lived in a terraced house on Ashton Road, Denton).

It’s 1981 but not as we know it!

That’s the difference a Labour Government is making!

🎄I know it’s early, but hey, it’s only the outside!🎅🏻

I hope it brings some joy. It’s certainly cheered up a six-year-old (who “helped” me put them up) and it’s made a well medicated fifty-one-year old happy too! 😊

Yet another win for the brilliant @sharonhodgsonmp. Her decade of work on this has paid off for hundreds of thousands of arts and sports enthusiasts.
I was delighted to speak to Richard Quest on @cnn.com about the Government's plans to cap ticket resales and put fans first.

The UK has a world-leading live events sector and fans deserve the right to pay a fair price, as is already the case in other countries that have legislated in this way. 1/2

🎟️ Labour is making it illegal to resell tickets for live events above the original cost.

Big shout-out to my friend @sharonhodgsonmp.bsky.social who’s campaigned on this for 15+ years to see it become actual policy: MP = massive persistence 👏🏻

🎨 A pleasure to join Friends of Mauldeth Road Station, for the unveiling of two murals on the rail bridge.

They’re the work of brilliant local artist Caroline Coates & depict the wildlife in nearby Ladybarn Park. It really brightens up Mauldeth Road. Well done to the Friends Group and all involved👏🏻

🎄 It’s great when local businesses get into the Christmas spirit… The Local Lounge in Denton has certainly pulled out all the stops and set a very high bar this year.

Well done for making the old Post Office look so festive. You’ve definitely upped the Christmas spirit ante this year! 🎅🏻
