Apart from Tommy robinxxx no, but what do you think you achieve by posting this except more division in the UK. NI (& 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿) voted strongly to remain. Even assuming all EU passport holders voted to leave, the English would have still had a majority to leave. So it rest solely with you and your followers

So many people fail to understand this, but Britain spread their culture and language across the world, if you spoke only one second language and it was English of course you would want to come to a country where you could assimilate easier
Asylum seeker interviewed on #r4today explains in excellent English that he has grown up his entire life believing that the UK is a safe place that respects & protects people.

He's even an Arsenal fan. He knows our culture. Not French culture, Greek, or Bulgarian culture. Ours.

Starmer's prob is that this sounds like a holding speech in the midst of a huge realignment (or, more accurately,a nutter President causing chaos). Fair dos. But ppl will also hear very Starmer-esque denial of the need for agility & imagination. The moment demands v. rare skills (that he hasn't got)

What was once a simple journey to the mainland continent is now filled with long waits, bureaucracy, and extra costs. It's time to join the single market.

Hallelujah! Another new loop in my head. Single market is better than customs union, so Starmer tells to the British public. But please, the single market according to British (emphatically!) conception. Transactional for goods and British services, but please no free movement of people and no ...
That's another major sector ruled about. And couldn't be clearer as to why.

Is there anything ruled in?

And does Europe get a say or does the UK pick and choose?

A brilliant day for the Conservative party. It no longer has Robert Jenrick in it. My initial thoughts on Robert Jenrick's sacking:
Jenrick’s sacking is both threat and opportunity for Badenoch
The surprise departure deprives Farage of some Westminster theatre and gives the Tories a chance to reclaim ground

Sums up how rubbish Badenoch is that she has been forced into a “You’re dumping me? I’m dumping you!” rather than just sacking and disbarring Jenrick over the many, many things that would have kept him out of any Tory Cabinet since 1968.

Freedom of movement is treated as a political obstacle —
but mostly in the minds of politicians.

The public has already moved on.
People understand mobility as practical, mutual, and normal.

The barrier isn’t public opinion.
It’s political imagination.

10 years after the referendum and the ONLY thing the minority who still support Brexit go on about, is winning that referendum (just).

Why?
Because it is the ONLY win Brexit has. The vote. Nothing since has been a win for Brexit.

Freedom of Movement is mostly about short term mobility.

It is for a finite population in a finite area and it’s fully reciprocal.

The entire population of Scotland could move to the Isle of Wight if they wanted to. But they don’t.

There’s no need to fear mutual freedom.

But the UK government didn't seek to protect the rights you wanted them to. You really need to accept that and move on.

Staying silent doesn’t bring about solutions.
Why not?

Different arrangements are exactly what we should campaign for. The current arrangements are awful.

They don’t consider real life at all. Politicians failed ordinary people and they should speak out about this repeatedly and loudly.

Financial services alignment is not a niche technical issue. It is the keystone. Without it:
❌ the EU will not offer deep single market access
❌regulatory trust remains limited
❌equivalence stays fragile and political
❌trade-offs in food, farming, energy, data and services are capped
