data centres use huge energy &water resources causing price rises for the community making it harder to afford utilities like electricity and water. Then because data centres create waste heat they produce lots of hot water which they can sell to people who can't afford to heat their own.

Any ideas what Qantas calls a third party platform actually is. They are obscure about it, and I don't see any news outlet ask? My bet is it's a customer call centre.That not only pisses off the customer with long call waits, etc., but also disrespects its main client with suspect security systems.

AGL electricity account switched to standard basic plan in April without notice. Rang and they changed it back after Easter. May 15th same thing happened. Now my direct debits have to be changed. It's a pain in the neck.
