Back in 2006 on the GameFAQs forums, two guys were arguing over whether a photo showed Kenny Rodgers using Pine Tar to cheat at baseball.

I've been using a Twsbi Eco pen & platinum carbon black ink for about 6 or 7 years now. It'll smear a little bit for their first 10 seconds or so after writing, but it is very dark, absolutely waterfast, and cleans up pretty easily with soap & water.

The Northgate station, one stop north, is bordered by a highway on one side and 1-4 blocks of parking lots on all others. There isn't even a continuous sidewalk that allows you to access the Target a few blocks away.
