U.K. might lose a prime minister because a guy who worked for him knew another guy who hung out with Epstein. Meanwhile the U.S. opposition party is telling our President, who was Epstein's best friend, that his secret police should get better training so their public street murders look less messy.

I had always been confused by the concept of executive mental functions. I just didn’t get most of it. Then it suddenly dawned on me that I don’t understand many of these functions because they are absent from me. #autism #neurodiversity en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executi....

Green Day’s song “American Idiot” was about Bush. If they thought Bush was an idiot, surely they think quite a bit less of Trump. It is as though this Super Bowl entertainment lineup is a critique of the malevolent moron in charge.

So, first of all, of course it was Trump.

But even if they were telling the truth, "We give staffers who post videos of the Obamas as apes access to the agenda-setting, decree-sending, market-moving account of the president of the United States" is not the exculpatory statement they think it is.

Heads are going to explode 💥

Cato Institute just nuked the lie. Immigrants have cut U.S. deficits by $14.5 TRILLION since 1994, slashing the national debt by a third.

All that “immigrants are bleeding us dry” noise? Absolute bullshit.

As we mourn the murders of autistic teens Otis and Leon Clune at the hands of their parents, we are forced to again state that however difficult it may be for families to support their disabled loved ones, murder is never excusable. There are always other options. Always.

Don't agree with Cato Inst on much. But:

Very glad they have quantified what has been obvious for years.
The US immigrant population generated more in taxes than they received in benefits from all levels of government every year from 1994 to 2023.

The Cato study provides the first-ever 30-year analysis of the fiscal effects of immigration on government budgets.

Remember the incident where DHS claimed officers shot a guy because he attacked them with a snow shovel?

Yeah. It didn't happen. They shot him through the door of his own home. And then arrested him. And then lied about it. Again.

And they almost shot some kids in the process.
They just blindly shot through the fucking door.
