Her ongoing universe, Transwitch, is a particular standout, even among notable works like the Bradford McKinley Chronicles.

Or her longer form stories, like The Brightest Stars. It stands out even among my favorite science fiction stories.

Zoe continues to be one of my favourite authors (even outside of just being an amazing person)

Whether it's her short stories, of which I have a few favourites, Vanished, Final Girl, and The Princess and her Hunter.

I would never discount this sacred magic ✨ 💖

Dress Code is more grounded, there's no magic there (if you discount the magic of "people are nice to the trans girl").

Egg Knight is... low-stakes fantasy, I'd say.
