He came over on trial with Alan Nedgaard. They played a game but neither were taken on. My understanding is that, despite scoring, Olsen was deemed too lightweight for the English game.

Oh dear. Good luck with constructing a sentence with the word "set" in it and making it make any sense by having to use every definition of it.
North London for all future time.

Yes, it's not like the fans played a major part in the design and construction of it.

Well, your confidence is about to take a bit of a dent.

Do you know what "forever" means?

Not freezing the top row(s) so that the column headers disappear as they scroll down and you wonder what the hell all those numbers actually mean.

There's a fair amount about Arsenal in here that isn't quite right. e.g. Herbert Chapman seduced by the Marble Halls. Chapman engineered his move to Highbury through Ivan Sharp. The Marble Halls weren't built until after he died. And as for 1919... Maybe you could invite me on to explain?

I take it that means that you now understand the meaning of the word "forever". Glad to be of service.

The day where we have to educate fans of the Middlesex team that the word "forever" means "for all future time".

In summary, the reason that T*tt*nh*m polled so few votes in 1919 was due to their screwing over the northern and midlands teams that made up the bulk of the membership of the Football League, which was evident in 1908. Hoist by their own petard. 5/5

Those Football League clubs had lasting memories and, if Arsenal or Henry Norris (then Fulham's chairman) hadn't voted for them it is likely they may have folded as they wouldn't have had a regular income through not being in any league. 4/5

Having screwed those Football League teams over and played a major part in the introduction of the maximum wage, the chickens came home to roost when T*tt*nh*am applied to join the Football League in 1908. 3/5

A few years ago I stumbled across these two items in the Manchester Evening Chronicle. After some research it transpires that Middlesex's finest well and truly pissed off a number of Football League clubs at the turn of the century. This article explains how. 2/5
