Tonight saw Bilk at the Corn Exchange in Hertford. Brilliant night out. So much energy. Really nice young lads as well.
Not sure why VAR waste so much time on contentious penalty decisions against Arsenal. Just don't give it straight away and be done with it.
Ange Postecoglu: "...the story always ends the same with me and a trophy!"
Jenrick supports Wolves. He was born in 1982. Wolves played against Villa in 1981-2 & 1983-4. I doubt his dad took him to either of those games at Villa Park. Next time they played at Villa Park was September 1989. I reckon he's being economical with the truth.
I remember having a pair of monkey boots and my mum cursing every other day as she had to try and get the dog shit out of the tread in the soles.
Yes, at the time Henry Norris and William Hall were director's of both Fulham and Woolwich Arsenal.
Arsenal first played a league game at Craven Cottage 112 years ago. I hope we fare better tomorrow than back then when the Cottagers won 6-1. Arsenal losing Angus McKinnon early didn't help.
Programme here, and match report from the Islington Gazette.

I can't qwhite put my finger on it. I'm sure Raheem Sterling would be able to help.
🎶 You were working as a scorer in an Arsenal quiz, when I met you 🎶
It seems that me and Arsenal's newest director have history.
Hopefully this formative memory for young Ben will now be worth a Directors Box invitation or two.

They were making massive profits at the time. Their success on the field meant fans were cramming into Highbury whilst the maximum wage cap meant their wage bill was easily managed and didn't rise each year.
I went once or twice!
The floor of the East Stand was originally marble slabs with no cannon or monogram. The floor was relayed around 1950 using terrazzo tiles with the cannon and monogram also added.

Chelsea and Mamchester City were two of the teams that wanted to form the ESL.
How many Premier League titles have Arsenal and Manchester United won since FFP/ PSR was introduced?
41 years ago today I was at Filbert Street to see this absolute cracker of a game. Behind after a first minute own goal, a missed penalty, a superb team performance, loads of goals and a pitch invasion as Arsenal fans were pelted with bricks by Leicester fans from outside the stadium!
They are both personas of Helen Lederer on amphetamines.
How Scotland never adopted this as their national anthem, I will never know.
A perfect pop song that still sends tingles down my spine.
