Stills show the agent wasn’t in the vehicle’s forward path. He’s at the driver’s door, then the side & fires while standing broadside to the SUV. If the car were being used as a weapon, he’d be in its line of travel or jumping clear. The visuals don’t support the claim he was being driven at.
