Don't write for an audience. Make the comic for you. Feed your brainworms. Make it something you would read and obsess over forever. You'll be working on this thing for a long time, if you lose interest halfway through, then the rest becomes a slog.

A note: If this happens to you I think there is a lot of value in being very introspective about it. If there's something you want to do and you aren't doing it, there's probably something holding you back.
(And don't say ADHD, that's too nebulous. Look deeper, there's usually something specific)
