Every bit of this articles reads like the only important thing is what drivers think & feel.

Speed limits are there to make roads safer, esp at 20 mph pedestrians & cyclists (including of course children).

Just drive to the speed limit, regardless of what you feel or think.

My dad abhors any negative comments about immigrants. Asked him recently why he’s so strong on it: ‘Because we’re always happy to take the rich and clever ones. Which means it’s not about disliking immigrants. It’s about disliking the poor and vulnerable. And that’s a bad human instinct.’

In November an 18 month investigation into ADHD concluded.

It found ADHD is massively underdiagnosed with less than 1 in 20 people over 40 receiving treatment.

It said GPs need to be diagnosing it.

Instead a review has been launched looking into it being 'overdiagnosed'

Through his life and extraordinary talent, the immigrant and refugee child Tomáš Sträussler who became known to us all as Tom Stoppard made British theatre and this country a better place to be.

You might even argue that he helped redefine Englishness through his astonishing legacy of work.
