As expected BECCS doesn't fair well:

Maximized returns on the venture capital is the objective of this. Not the stated goal. The real business model could indeed be something like extortion on an international scale, couldn’t it.

Yeah, this is it. It's nuts that we use taxpayer money to pay huge profitable corporations to destroy civilisation.
I wish someone would line up A) how much each oil company has gotten in subsidies, and B) how much they have paid out in climate disinfo/denial.
