Bei diesem Gehaltsabschluss für die Universitäten fällt mir meine Lehrpause leichter. Wenn während meine Erfahrung ansteigt eine reell reduzierte Bezahlung rauskommt, macht das die Arbeit an der Universität Wien deutlich weniger attraktiv.

Should you wear a mask if you've got symptomatic flu? YES. If you wear it at home *from the onset of your symptoms*, your family members are much less likely to catch flu from you (but you must avoid unmasked co-sleeping and eating around same table - have your meals alone). 1/

Between 2019-24, the share of people identifying as gay or lesbian increased from 1.6% to 2.1%, while those identifying as bisexual increased from 1.1% to 1.6%.

Ausstellung "Michaelina Wautier, Malerin" im KhM in Wien. Eine spannende Barock-Malerin deren Werke lange vom patrachalen Kunstbetrieb diversen männlichen Malern zugeschrieben wurden. Leider wie immer im KhM mit durchgehend schlechter Luftqualität.

Also one more article praising Sweden, which killed an unnecessarily big share of its population at the start of the pandemic by not taking the same common-sense measures other countries took.
Excess mortality of Sweden and Germany from Our World in Data. Sweden had up to 50% more mortality than expected in the first half of 2020 while Germany had only up to about 12% more mortality until mid-2020 when measures were reduced and mortality rose, similar to Sweden at the same time.

If you are using a CO2 monitor to examine your ventilation remember:

A difference between 750 and 850 ppm is not a big deal. Activity level, # people, calibration all impact values.

You are looking for a difference between 750 and 3000 ppm.

Indoor-CO2-Messung im Kindermuseum Zoom in Wien am heutigen weltweiten Tag der Innenraumbelüftung #worldventil8day.
Der Luftaustausch in den Räumen mit Türen zum Innenhof passt super mit Lüften auch jetzt im Winter. Im WC gibt es hingehen tolle Zerrspiegel aber keine brauchbare Lüftung.
Eine schwarz gekleidete Person vor einem Zerrspiegel, die Beine wirken sehr kurz, der Torso ist in die Länge gezogen. Das vor dem Spiegel hochgehaltene Aranet CO2 Messgerät Zeit 1422ppm an, ein schlechter Wert Das gleiche Aranet in einem Gang Bereich vor Plakaten des Zoom Museums mit 778ppm, ein guter Wert.

Eine neue Studie von Prof. Untersmayr & Team.

Mastzellenaktivierung zeigte sich hier bei ~25% der Menschen mit #MECFS, verbunden mit vermehrtem Vorkommen von POTS.

Das hat therapeutische Relevanz, da ein Ansprechen auf Antihistaminika gegeben war.
