2 weeks since my long weekend in Berlin. My first time time in Berlin. Did very touristy things but also walked a lot.
I don't think a city has ever felt more at home.

Seems to be a fire at Pure Malt in Haddington. The smoke is stinking. Plenty of appliances all pouring into the site when I went past. Seems to be more smoke rather than less.

Anyway took a day off today to learn about and purchase the best 2nd hand (probs ebay) telescope for max £250 I can get for my sons xmas. Genuinely miss being able to just learn about a random something. I'm already seeing mission creep as I get more into this.

kids are nearly 16 and 11. There's a point where they don't fall asleep on you whilst boring them with music. It happens sooner than you want. the 16yro just went to bed and the 11 yro fell asleep whilst I held his feet and listened to Sam fender. Age is a bastard. It has to be about the kids.
