I cover Union and Franklin County, Missouri, and write an unpopular column about things like visiting weird places and watching YouTube videos about visiting weird places for The Missourian newspaper.

The Chiefs moving to Kansas is such a rotten little move. Worthy of shame and nothing else. But I congratulate the Missouri taxpayers who don't really have to go that much farther for games *and* don't have to subsidize Clark Hunt's lifestyle

Bears and Packers started 45 minutes after Oregon-JMU, played half an overtime and still finished earlier.

Pretty awful first round of games when I have to pull for Miami and Oklahoma in the only two games that should be competitive!

“Travel With A Wiseguy” is a YouTube channel my wife and I really enjoy. The host, John Wise, takes trips through small towns and rural areas all over the country

I remember apologizing to Newhouse after he gave me his age after I asked for it in an interview when he first ran in 2014, so it's really probably time for him to retire now!
U.S. Rep. Dan Newhouse will not seek reelection in 2026. He announced Wednesday he will retire after serving six terms representing Central WA in Congress.

I believe this is the first Walmart I saw a giant jar of pickled pigs lips next to the giant jar of pickled pigs feet so razor blade bread should be the least of their worries!
A woman who allegedly pushed razor blades into loaves of bread at two Biloxi, Mississippi, Walmart stores was arrested on Tuesday.

Camille Benson, 33, of Texas, has been charged with attempted mayhem. Her bond is set at $100,000.

It was 20 years ago this month when I covered the Argyle Eagles playoff game in Stephenville. I'm not sure what I would have thought if you told me the pope's alma matter would be playing there someday!

By "regular season" they mean the Mavs shut him down in the 2011 Finals!
For the first time in the regular season since Jan. 5, 2007, LeBron James failed to eclipse the double-digit mark.

His streak lasted 1,297 regular-season games and predates the announcement of the first iPhone.

After 1,297 games, LeBron James’ 10-point scoring streak ends with Lakers buzzer-beater
James scored just eight points in a 123-120 win over the Toronto Raptors, ending a regular-season run that began in January of 2007.
