Seeing photos of KB Toys circa 2005 and later reminded me that, while I do miss it, I specifically miss that narrow window in the early '00s where ours carried stuff I cared about, like McFarlane anime figures, Sailor Moon, Tenchi Muyo, Resident Evil, etc.

Pointless trivia: I'm getting a TOMY USA Alolan Raichu plush because the one I got in '22--which I thought was that--is actually a Korean plush (Noori Toys). I'm interested in Korean Pokeplush, so it was a pleasant surprise to learn that I already had one.

Got back from a trading card vending event with a decent amount of Pokemon cards, ten MtG cards, and a Rhyhorn plush. Not a bad haul, considering 1) the prices on certain cards, and 2) the reams of sports cards that I have zero interest in.

My Linux machine is back up and running! Apparently the issue was actually dried-out thermal paste causing it to overheat, not the PSU. Fingers crossed.
(Sure would be nice if the amber power light error code didn't flash too goddamn fast for me to parse it...)

I posted a not fun update to my GoFundMe. I fell and broke my back. I'm almost certainly paralyzed for life. I'll start a new GoFundMe when I know more what my life will look like in the future, but until then donations will help with lost income and my mom to pay for gas and VERY expensive parking.
Temporarily back on my Win10 machine because the PSU on my Linux is crapping out (a replacement is en route). I am not happy about this.

He's not *quite* ready for prime time yet (still gotta do paint touch-ups on his eyes), but I've made decent progress on restoring the Ken-Ohki plush I got for Christmas. Brushed out his ear fluff and put new whiskers on him.
