And Alberta didn't even hold off on using the notwithstanding clause to attack trans people before the MOU was publicly announced.
I hope I'm wrong, but to me this effectively confirms that the federal government won't do anything to protect trans people in hostile provinces.

Finally had a moment to profile the inimitable Rebecca Heineman, aka Burger Becky (1963–2025). In addition to developing and porting many great games, Heineman helped so many young trans programmers and developers with their careers. A truly selfless person!
