The EHRC are far from being independent or sticking to their requirements. They also do not follow their own guidance on PSED, EIA, or AI. The only reason they are neglecting these factors is because they are following their transphobic ideology, which is very much in line with Sex Matters demands.

Also worth adding that the SC specifically gave their interpretation on the reading of the Equality Act 2010, which was that of a 'biological sex' reading of the terms 'sex', 'man', and 'woman', it did not rewrite the act itself, therefor exclusion is not mandated. The CoP goes against this.
So the EHRC didn’t take account of the HRA, the ECHR, the CoE conventions and protocols, UN treaty obligations and other regulations like the Rights of the Child in Scotland or GDPR? And trade obligations, costs to business, inappropriate gender policing and targeting of non feminine women. Never!
