The Enterprise just completed a series of technical upgrades in our bases along the Romulan neutral zone. We are now entering orbit around Starbase 10 to pick up supplies and provide shore leave for the crew. We will be in orbit for a week.

DS9 scene. We're in close on Garak, a simple tailor. His face sort of looks like it's hovering in black space but I think he's just in a very dark place, but like a closet or dark room, not emotionally. Garak is a Carassian, with grey skin and boney ridges that run up along the nose and circle like a spoon on his forehead. Also has ridges that snake from the right and left hairline down around the eye and to the cheekbone. Basically he's got a topographical mountain range across his face. Back to the screenshot--so he's in a dark room and he's making a face that's like if you hated spiders and all of a sudden saw a big spider sitting next to you. Star Trek IV The Voyage Home scene. Famous workplace buddies Kirk & Spock are standing outdoors, outside some large building (it's an aquarium but you didn't hear that from me) with many background folks coming and going, 1980s clothing everywhere.
