Hello World, yet again! I have fond memories of not just present but somewhat vocal on the internet, sharing thoughts and photos. Keeping a diary in public, essentially. It's a practice that I once loved when the internet felt like a bit of a different place. I'd like to try once more.

Been thinking a lot about how “citizen” participation in the internet has changed so much over the years. There are others who have articulated on this much more poignantly, but it’s heartbreaking that most platforms ended up getting steered towards pushing modes of consumption over connectivity.

I’m no longer accustomed to sharing my thoughts and releasing them into the ether like this, despite it being habit not so long ago. I’ve been finding that there’s much I’d like to keep close lately. But I still believe in the connective magic of the internet and so I will try once more 🍀
