Personally I don’t want ICE bullying anyone, whether we are citizens, permanent residents, visa holders, or undocumented people.
Some folks still think “illegals” are the real issue and say it’s not about racism. If brown people get bullied regardless of status, it’s racism. Clear as it can be.

It’s worse. The “plan” was always “defund health care” and the Big Bullies Bill did it. The rest is just for show.

Pretty sure the official position is that prices are now 400% or 500% less in any case.

People often confuse Freedom of Speech with Freedom of the Press. Free Speech is an actual person speaking, but Press is about someone selling a product–as Franklin once said “Freedom of the Press belongs to those who own presses.” @juliusgoat.bsky.social is right. The “market” is flooded with junk.

Pointing out that something is incorrect definitely isn't sufficient - the *culture* of "it is bad to make incorrect statements, good to promptly and clearly retract and apologize for them, and disqualifying to keep making them deliberately" is the framework needed for fact-checking to plug into.

2. Trump and Hegseth are lying about sedition because they want to distract from the message and discredit the messengers. Discussing sedition without mentioning that illegal orders are the importance issue helps them distract and gives more attention and coverage to the lie and helps hide the truth
