does anyone else ever feel like. "I need to get rid of this item of clothing cuz it reminds me of the version of myself I don't have grace for yet" like wearing it makes you feel like that cringe/weak/bad in some way version of yourself you haven't accepted was doing their best

I know we theorize that Xie Lian’s dispersed luck went to Hua Cheng but what if they were genuinely linked and every time Hua Cheng drew on his luck to be good then something unlucky happened to Xie Lian immediately. Hua Cheng unknowingly causing Xie Lian's bad luck for centuries 🙊
