Now Common Wealth (La Comunidad). I haven't watched this since it came out! But this summary is the exactly how I remember it 😁

Small tray of wontons to freeze and use for soup. The filling is turkey wing meat, 4 leftover sprouts and 4 pieces of roasted sweet potato, all chopped and thoroughly mixed into a paste with scallion, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, white pepper and a couple tablespoons of water.

First bite of the day: tore a corner of the pide and, honestly, I could eat just this entire thing for dinner. So fucking good.
Hale sheet pan with a pide (Turkish flatbread) baked directly on it. It has nigella and sesame seeds on top and the bottom corner has been torn off.
