This is entirely a me thing, I'm weird with textures. When I cook things that aren't super straightforward, I like tech death—it really works for me. Gorguts, First Fragment, Gorod if I want groovy... I love that for stuff that needs a bit of involvement.

- Meat picked from bones
- Carcass & bones soaking for ramen
- Breast sliced, wrapped with skin for moisture, packed, in the freezer
- Masses of dark meat arranged on a tray to be played with later

Dinner is a bowl of salmon teriyaki* with garlic sesame spinach and rice. Not worth taking a 📸 but 🔥 #FoodSky

*Teriyaki is basically 3 ingredients, 4 tops (sugar, soy sauce, mirin, sake). Done in seconds. Don't buy it bottled, it tastes like compared to the real thing!

I’m not arguing this, I am objectively wrong and weird for this, but here is the list of fruit I like: raspberries

for whatever reason - mostly texture, I think, I can’t handle slimy - that’s about the only fruit I’ll seek out on its own
my take on Food Discourse is that it's always ridiculous but it's also nice to be fighting about dumb internet shit again instead of dealing with Oppressive Despair all the time so please keep posting your bad takes
